Virgin America's latest offering features travel to key destinations including Boston, Los Angeles, Ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. AirTran, Delta, Midwest, Northwest, United, and US Airways compete.

Delta's latest sale, a carbon copy of United's and very similar to Southwest's and American's, is offering winter travel to many domestic destinations. The aforementioned offer competition, as do AirTran, Frontier, US Airways, and more.

Sign up for AirTran's Net Escapes free email list by December 31 and save $20 on a future flight. The discount applies to fares booked through New Year's Day, for travel through early March.

Spirit is offering a new discount for travel from February through November 2010. The discount expires on Thursday, December 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

United's latest international sale offers travel to far-flung destinations such as Dubai, London, Sydney, and Tokyo, just to name a few. Book tickets by Tuesday, January 12, for travel through March.
